Terms of Use

Last updated: 15 September 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Good Orbit AI Studio, sole proprietor Shriharsha Ramachandra Bhagwat, Herzogstandstraße 19, 85540 Haar, Germany — "we" — covering the Hundrd app on iPhone, Android, desktop and the web. By creating an account or using Hundrd, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

Hundrd is not a medical service. It is a habit and wellbeing app. Nothing in it is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and the biological-age estimate is an educational calculation — not a clinical result. Talk to a qualified professional before changing anything that affects your health, and never ignore medical advice because of something you read here.

1. Your account

You need an account to use Hundrd. You must give accurate information, keep your credentials to yourself, and be at least 13 years old (or older, if your country requires it). You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at hello@goodorbit.ai if you think someone else is using it.

2. What you can and cannot do

Use Hundrd for your own personal, non-commercial use. Do not:

3. Community content

Community posts appear under an anonymous handle, not your name. You keep ownership of what you post; you grant us a licence to host, display and distribute it inside Hundrd so the feature can work. Posts are screened by automated moderation and may be rejected, hidden or removed — including after publication — if they break these terms. We can suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly break them. We do not pre-approve content and are not responsible for what other users post; treat their advice with the same scepticism as any stranger's.

4. Premium subscriptions

Hundrd offers an optional premium subscription that unlocks features such as unlimited active challenges, full check-in history, advanced statistics, multiple reminders, custom icons and the biomarker tier of the bio-age estimate.

5. Availability, maintenance and updates

We work to keep Hundrd running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may take Hundrd offline — in whole or in part, with or without notice — for planned or emergency maintenance, upgrades, security work, or reasons outside our reasonable control. During maintenance the app may be temporarily unavailable or may show a maintenance notice in place of its normal screens.

Hundrd depends on your device running a supported version of the app. We may require you to update to a current version to keep using it, and older versions may stop working or be blocked from the service. We are not responsible for keeping unsupported versions running.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from the service being unavailable, interrupted or modified, including during maintenance or while an update is required. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data. This section does not limit rights you have that cannot lawfully be excluded — including, for paid subscriptions, your statutory consumer rights.

6. Your data

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You can export or permanently delete your data from Profile → Settings.

7. Intellectual property

Hundrd, its design, content and software are owned by us and our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app — nothing more.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent the law allows, Hundrd is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will produce any particular health, fitness or longevity outcome.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to Hundrd is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or EUR 50. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Under German law the following applies instead of any broader limitation above: we are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation — one whose fulfilment makes performing this agreement possible at all and on which you may reasonably rely — and in that case only for foreseeable damage typical of this kind of agreement.

10. Termination

You may stop using Hundrd and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these terms or if we are required to by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — ownership, disclaimers, liability — do.

11. Apple-specific terms

If you use Hundrd on an Apple device: these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app. Apple is not responsible for the app or any claim relating to it, including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual-property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as terrorist-supporting, and that you are not on any US Government restricted-parties list.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Hundrd after that means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, that choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you habitually reside, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country. Where a place of jurisdiction can lawfully be agreed, it is Munich, Germany.

14. Consumer dispute resolution

We are not obliged, and are not willing, to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
