Delete your account
Last updated: 9 August 2026
You can permanently delete your Hundrd account and the data attached to it at any time. You do not need to contact us first, and you do not need a reason.
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, not by us, so they can only be cancelled in your store account — see below. Cancel first, then delete.
If you still have the app
This is the fastest route and it takes effect immediately:
Profile → Settings → Delete account
You will be asked to confirm. Once confirmed, your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out. It cannot be undone.
If you no longer have the app
Email hello@goodorbit.ai from the email address your account uses, with the subject "Delete my account". We use the address you write from to confirm the account is yours, so please send it from that address — if you cannot, tell us and we will find another way to verify you before deleting anything.
We action these requests within 30 days, and normally much sooner.
What gets deleted
Everything we hold that identifies you or belongs to your account:
- your account and sign-in details;
- your onboarding profile and preferences;
- every challenge you took on or created, and all of your check-ins and focus sessions;
- your yearly goals and consistency history;
- your community posts, comments, reactions and reports, and your anonymous handle;
- your membership of shared challenges, and the check-ins you shared with them;
- your conversations with the AI coach and curator.
What was never on our servers
Your biological-age inputs — including blood biomarker values — are stored only in the app's local storage on your own device and are never uploaded to us. There is nothing for us to delete. They are erased when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
What may survive, and for how long
- Backups and provider logs. Residual copies can persist in routine encrypted backups and in our providers' operational logs for up to 30 days after deletion, after which they age out. They are not used for anything in the meantime.
- Anonymised figures that cannot identify you or be linked back to you — for example the total number of check-ins recorded across all users — are retained.
- Records we are legally required to keep, such as transaction records needed for tax and accounting purposes. These are kept only as long as the law requires.
Cancelling a subscription
Hundrd Premium is billed by the store you bought it from, and deleting your account does not stop that billing. Cancel it yourself before deleting:
- Android: Google Play app → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Hundrd → Cancel subscription.
- iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Hundrd → Cancel subscription.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not shorten or refund a period you have already paid for — refunds are handled by Google and Apple under their own policies.
